Shipping & Collection

VYRD.art currently ships originals, objects, photographs, fine art prints and editions within Germany. Shipping within the EU will be added shortly. Deliveries outside the EU are available on request only for the time being.

Many works are single pieces, framed objects or delicate originals. Shipping and packaging are therefore prepared to suit the individual work.

Shipping within Germany

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Shipping within Germany follows shipping classes based on the size of the work and the shipping effort involved. For large-format, delicate or particularly heavy works, a personal arrangement prior to shipping may be advisable.

Collection in Stuttgart-West

Collection in Stuttgart-West is possible by arrangement.

For larger works, delicate objects or buyers from the region, collection is often the best solution.

Personal delivery by arrangement

For larger works, personal delivery may be possible by arrangement — particularly in Baden-Württemberg and in parts of Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and Bavaria.

Delivery is made against a delivery cost contribution agreed in advance. The amount depends on distance, effort and the size of the work.

Shipping outside Germany

Shipping within the EU will be added shortly.

Deliveries outside the EU are initially available on request only. Please write to contact@vyrd.art, before purchasing so that shipping method, costs and handling can be clarified.

Returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

The cost of the return shipment is borne by the buyer.

Many works at VYRD are single pieces, framed objects or delicate originals. Frames, surfaces, aged materials and mountings can be damaged in transit more easily than ordinary merchandise.

Please handle returns with corresponding care: in the original packaging where possible, otherwise in packaging of equivalent strength and transport safety.

For high-value, framed or delicate works, we expressly recommend trackable and adequately insured shipping.

For larger or particularly delicate works, we are happy to agree the safest shipping method or a collection with you before the return is made.
